Arlene Hosea's professional background includes food production management at Mennonite Hospital, Bloomington, Illinois and St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, Illinois and Assistant Director of Nutrition Services (Aramark) Orthopedic Hospital, Los Angeles California and Customer Service Manager, Cooperage Restaurant at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). Have been employed at Illinois State University for the past 19.5 years in various management positions for Campus Dining Services, currently serve as the Assistant to the Vice President of Student Affairs for Diversity Education and Director of Campus Dining Services.
