Current Illinois State Students

For CURRENT Illinois State University students, applications to the FCS major and minor are to be submitted via the iCampus student portal. Once there:

1. Log in with your ULID and password, click over to the "My Info" tab and enter your PIN into the Student Information Channel.
2. From there, you'll see a link under the "Status:" heading called "Apply to Your Major."
3. Clicking on that link will take you to Illinois State's online Major Change form. (Here you can not only submit an application to any major on campus, but also go back and review any application you've submitted, as well as check the status of applications you've submitted.)
4. Indicate which sequence of the Family and Consumer Science major you are applying to and complete the step by step application process.

Current ISU students must have a minimum ISU or transfer GPA (if you do not have an ISU GPA yet) of 2.50 to be eligible to apply to the FCS major or minor.

Again, transfer students or high school students interested in applying to the University should do so online via the ISU admission department's Web site.
